All was reasonable apart from the communication. We had to chase solicitors and estate agents. Was not worth the money to pay for their services.

very slow, no proactivity for much of the time

My name is not even spelt correctly. They have been very slow, not at all proactive for much of the time, rarely updated me. I would not use them again

Very friendly,helpful and efficient.

Richard and his staff at Belper were very efficient and kind to me and my brother.. Richard visited me at home to talk about how they worked and spent a good amount of time with me.
