Received item damaged, but return window is very short, so couldn't return. Also there is a charge when returning items.

Great service. The item i purchased was advertised as 1-2 days' delivery. Once the order was confirmed this moved out to over 2 weeks. I asked to cancel the order, and it was cancelled and refunded...
Excellent product and excellent service. I ordered what I wanted one day and received it the next.
