It took longer to get the insulation boards from BSO than I had hoped, being let down by the delivery itself. After some chasing by BSO, the new date for delivery was kept however, ane the boards...

Even when I requested a phone call to help with an ordering issue they would not help. They do not have a phone they are allowed use,

Just got an email telling me they cancelled my order as they don't have the items after all....why take my money in the first place?? Now have to wait for refund before I can place another order...
