Very pleased and great pricing.
I have used the site more than once for sourcing 6" soil pipe parts (clay joint adaptor, plug, screw top cover and pipe) as my local DIY centres don't stock this size.

Thank you for your feedback, however we are somewhat surprised with the tone of your comments as we understood that this matter was resolved to your satisfaction.
We completed multiple deliveries to you successfully, however the last delivery included a length of channel drain that was damaged in transit. We offered to replace this free-of-charge or refund you in full for the damaged item. You requested a refund which we duly issued. 5 weeks later you contacted us by email to inquire about 1 more length of channel drain as you needed it to finish the job. We quoted you our standard terms for this new order, however this did not meet with your approval as you expected this length to be delivered carriage-paid. This of course was not economically viable given that we had already refunded the damaged item in full.
The vast majority of our customers accept that occasionally issues beyond our control can occur and we do our very best to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Why am I not surprised that you are surprised. Lets discuss the issue in full and then advise is you think I should be satisfied.
1. Was the order delivered in line with you policy timescale.
2. Were all the goods in an acceptable condition.
3. How long after the notification of damaged goods was a replace/refund provided.
4. What triggered your action to provide a refund.
5. Do you consider your action with respect to the replacement was appropriate given your previous email on how you considered I had been treated.
good service an d prompt delivery fair price. Geotextile poor quality.

Thank you for your feedback David. Our non-woven geotextile is supplied by a leading UK manufacturer and meets all the necessary standards for it's application. However geo-textile is available in different grades, so should you require a higher grade in future we can quote for this accordingly. Alternatively perhaps look at our Land Drain Filter Sock designed specifically for use with Perforated Land Drain Coils.
