I would have rated it excellent service if first choice of hotels had not been withdrawn after I authorised payment but second choice went through very smoothly.

Easy service to use, I wanted the night stay before our visit to Legoland and was simple to change the date. Hotel we selected was great, lovely and clean Would use again

The booking system was easy and simple to use, I also got a great deal through the site.

The phone attendant was excellent, fry helpful and cheerful. But I couldn't book what I wanted through the website although I could on the phone. The date was greyed out on the website!
