Don`t renew if you havent been told to by the customer!
I had been happy with petplan when I decided to buy it last year. I didn't know that it would just renew the following year.

I have paid for renewal money is taken from my card but a week later in the customer area my policy is still saying it needs to by renewed and I haven’t received any policy document via email yet !

Sometimes our website does take a few days to update when payments have been made, but I have logged in and ensured yours has now updated!
