To be honest I feel conned by signing up to put my house on the market. I said at the very start that if the property I want is going to auction I don’t want to know, also if anyone else is interested I don’t want to know. I asked a couple of times if it was going to auction but didn’t get an answer. The property I wanted went to auction and was sold the same day I got a telephone call for a viewing. Why waste people’s time and effort, again it was just by chance that I saw the property sold, no one had the decency to tell me. My advice is ask questions but GET the answers
