Poor qualification

Very poor. Potential buyers where unsuitable. The property sold for 10% less than asking price. The buyer had no control over sale. And to say it was hard work is an understatement.

Lack of communication

I find there is lack of communication between myself and the agents. It is also very difficult to talk to staff. Most of the time the phone messages and e mails are not answered
