Good outcome. Poor service.

Mixed. Excellent outcome - buyer found and house sold very quickly and at a good price. However, staff were poor at communicating issues between buyer and seller and on one occasion misled me.

Not a good experience

Total lack of communication throughout the whole process. The only thing they did was find us a buyer but the deal was completed despite them not because of them.
