All the staff were well aware of the property and knew what the situation was whenever I called. They always advised when viewings were booked and always gave feedback after the event

helpful and courteous staff

The staff were very helpful especially during one or two stressful moments. They achieved a sale of a property which had been on the market quite a long time, albeit at a very low price.

Helpful, cheerful staff but occasionally I ended up being patched through to a central Bridgfords call centre where they couldn't really help me. Our sale included some rather awkward solicitors...
