Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I'm glad that the overall service was good. I am sorry you felt it did not continue after your offer was accepted. It may help if I explain after acceptance of an offer until exchange of contracts the branch have no direct influence on such matters as conveyancing process. They have a duty to monitor, assist where possible as asked and report any information deemed helpful to bring the transaction to fruition.
