Excellent service by reliable pleasant staff

what are you prepared to do about our complaint are you willing to compensate us ? even the buyer didn't want to go into Bridgfords to pick the keys up . we have been onto Countrywide in the past while our house was on the market about a member of your staff giving our personal information onto other estate agency for them to poach our house .

its now may 2017 stiil not had a reply from you .its a bit like the area mangers says one thing and dos something else.the investigate you do is not worth your time as the out come will be the same you win .NOT THIS TIME .the buyer for my house as not move in yet but moving in AUG one year after viewing one of your staff new that ( i hope she rots in hell ) by the way you HAVE A CODE OF PRATICE to follow that did not happen .or is it a thing that you can past infro to other estate agent lets see if the onwoodsman would agree to it. mr coggan
