You are delusional Scott - you choose your words carefully, like all of the replies from Countrywide staff. It may have been settled but it has not been resolved. We were offered a £500 reduction which was an insult and did not reflect the very poor and inadequate service we received. However, we accepted it because there was nothing else left we could do. If Bridgford's do not believe it is in their remit to give good service but merely take a sale to completion then we are all fighting a losing battle. I honestly don't know how you get away with this attitude. Perhaps it might be better if you put something along these lines, in your terms and conditions - "We will market your house. We will treat you badly. We will manage the sale of your property badly. We will lie to you. We will not pass on information in a timely manner. Continual internet failures will delay the sale of your house and produce inaccuracies on marketing documents We will act unprofessionally. We do not have to provide any level of service other than to take your money if we sell your house" Happy to work for this company Scott!!!
