Efficient service...

Very good service, but still think things are rather costly. The thought of having to possibly pay this all again in 12 months time is very off putting.

It is imperative that all of our Landlords receive the highest level of communication regarding their property and i extend my sincere apologies that this has not been the case on this occasion. If you could provide the property address we will chase this up for you.

The property to which this is referring is 16 Mancroft Haxby York. The following e-mail, sent on Wednesday 30th August this week, is the follow up to the one sent 2 weeks prior to this. (I did make a call to Bridgfords this afternoon at about 3pm to see if anyone there could help me but was unable to speak to Pia and was told she would ring me back but I am still waiting). 'Hi Vicki As previously mentioned I am unable to open this attachment and would appreciate it if you could resend it by a different method. I did ring yesterday regarding this to confirm the charge on the invoice to clear up the ‘wrong price’ that the plumber charged; did he send an amended invoice? Perhaps you didn’t receive my message.
