Really good customer service, were happy to exchange emails with queries we had ahead of the booking and were prompt in responding. Also handled the Covid situation well, allowing us to hold off...
We were made welcome and the cottage is comforatable and in a good location.

Great service, easy to book, and all the information about arrival etc. were provided the very next day. Will be definitely using Brecon Beacon Holiday Cottages again.
