Excellent communication, we had concerns that we would have to cancel and they were able to answer all concerns and did not take payment until we were sure restrictions were lifted
Very easy, and they were very responsive when we asked questions before booking, despite the Covid lockdown, which was undoubtedly impacting on the service they could offer
