Polite, courteous, professional, flexible and helpful. The booking was moved in these COVID-19 times as it was still possible at the time. This was hugely appreciated.
The cottage, the location, the garden, the parking all worked so well for us and our dogs.
Any queries we had were happily answered, and even an untimely powercut as a result of the storm didn’t...
Excellent service, great photos of the accommodation, easy to communicate with, provided good information on directions etc. The barn we stayed in was perfect for our family holiday with both sets of...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, which we have shared with the owner who has investigated your findings:-"Of course, we appreciate constructive feedback from our guests; it is a vital way to ensure that we maintain high standards, so thank you for taking the trouble to write a review. But we were taken aback by your comments, which were at odds with every other guest comment we have had. We take pride in the cleanliness of the cottage and of course we now follow all the protocols for cleanliness and disinfecting against the Covid virus. Both the people who prepare the cottage for guests have attended an online course on how to achieve maximum effectiveness. If we slipped up on this occasion we apologise and in future will stalk spiders with renewed vigilance."
