Tried to book this from midnight when it opened. After 7 hrs finally got booked. Seems as tho deliberately not letting you book the cheap ones

They were really nice and did not rush me and enjoyed talking to them they put me at ease can't wait to book again soon i hope

Under current circumstances a simpler refund policy. Your policy seems to be make it as difficult as possible then people will not be bothered to pursue a refund or book a break they don't want....

The online booking service is always easy and quick to use

Had a problem and emailed team and they were very helpful. Fairly easy to book on line using voucher from previously cancelled holiday due to covid.
