Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were disappointed. This is an unusual situation but unfortunately Haven changed the classification of this park. As a result of this they were unable to honour the bookings, which was out of our control. We do hope you’ll book with BreakFree Holidays again in the future. BreakFree Holidays
