Following up on our call last night, I'm sorry to hear the outer box was bruised. I'm glad, though, that the contents were undamaged. I'm also sorry to hear the delivery was delayed. Unfortunately this does occasionally happen. Not good, though, when combined with poor presentation. Thanks for giving us another go another go and I'm pleased your second order arrived in good condition and, as I understand, earlier than expected :-)

Great to be able to be able to order a variety of sizes specifically for me and bubble wrap/tape competitively priced. Sturdy boxes but easy to erect/store.
