We certainly haven't had any issues with quality so we are sorry they were not what you were expecting. Hi Katherine, We are sorry you have had this issue, it is very unusual, however issues do happen every now and again. We are slightly disappointed you rated a 1 star seeing as we were very much contactable anytime & we answered your calls over the weekend reassuring you at the time we will sort out the problem so you would not be out of pocket. I can confirm we have refunded the missing item as we can see it is still out on delivery via the tracking link, so we are not quite sure at this stage what the courier company has done with it. Hi Gabriella, You placed the order on the 27th July and did not make any contact with us until 19th August - over 3 weeks later. Unfortunately there is a limit to how long we can go back and offer people refunds on their orders. Unfortunately the tracking links on the items you ordered all showed delivered. We have a good history of being helpful and sorting out any issues or refunds customers require, however there is a reasonable limit to what we can do. We do clearly state these terms on our website here: https://www.removalboxes.co.uk/delivery/ Had you of contacted us quickly regarding your missing item we could have looked into it and sent out a replacement or offered a quick refund.
