firstly we're so sorry for the error. the missing tape is scheduled to be delivered to you today. the original order was processed on Friday and then mis-routed by the courier and delivered a day late. unfortunately this does happen sometimes. it obviously didn't help that the packing tape was missing as well. we sent the packing tape out as soon as we were informed it was missing but the courier had already collected on that particular day. unfortunate timing. i trust you were happy with the rest of the product.
