Very disappointed with the surveyor that did valuation with remarks to the state of the property, i was disgusted

We are proud to say that we always work with our customer’s best interests at heart and will always challenge these types of issues on their behalf. As you are aware, the valuers are independent professionals instructed by the lender - working within guidelines set by their professional bodies and as such whilst we are happy to, and will always, intervene and highlight your concerns, raise points and assist our customers to challenge such a valuation, but ultimately do not have any control or influence on the final valuation.
