Turn around speed
Use to be a 1/3 day turnaround, but now it can be over a week, probably not boomerangs fault but hopefully something they can talk too Royal Mail about, not just a problem too me seen other people...

Really great and easy to use service, used it to get the new watchdogs game and the new call of duty and had both within a week of release
