Hi Shivani - we are very sorry for the inconvenience on this one. The activity is a very popular one and on a long weekend we should have been updated on limited availability. I'm glad they were able to reschedule you to another time, and want to assure you that this is an issue we are currently addressing with live inventory integrations into as many booking systems as possible meaning our availabilities will always be completely up to date. Again sorry that you were inconvenienced on this one, I can assure you it is rare and will be very much rarer going forward.
