Hadn't updated the website as to temporary change in location. Went to the advertised location only to find out it was in the Valley. Otherwise very happy with the service and the vehicle.

Great, personal service.
Friendly and helpful, ease of vehicle collection. Upon return it was raining and a representative met us at the terminal door and offered to return the car from there for us, very kind.

After an initial problem communicating (Having to ring Latvia) everything went very smoothly were upgraded at no extra cost and would reccomend to my friends

Car rental great but site over charges from quote
They charge a different amount than what they quote.
The car rental was great though so they would get 5 stars. Just the booking site as it's illegal to charge a different amount to the card and...
