I ordred two fairly small items ( tissues and hair tyes) to go in a 'plastic free' birthday gift which i didnt recieve in time because i had two wooden toilet brush cleaners delivered to me...

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry about this mistake the courier made. I am also very unhappy about it and still feel it is unacceptable because you are still unhappy. Customer service is very important to me so when errors like this occur I take them very seriously. If you are not 100% happy then I am not either. I will not be using this service from the courier again. I know mistakes can happen from time to time, as we are all humans but I still feel I had to end my relationship with this courier so this problem will not happen again. If there is anything else I can do to make it up then please let me know.

I believe small personal choices can have a positive impact on our environment. In England alone we generate about 177 million tonnes of waste every year. If you can reduce the amount of waste you create this will have a positive impact on our environment and our future. We all need to make the right choice, people power can make a big difference. Boobalou offers reusable replacements to disposable household products. I hope my store will offer you a chance to ditch a disposable product or become completely zero waste.
