Usman, this is Richard the MD, we installed the bollard that you ordered, the part of the job that has not been completed is the rip out of your old bollard which on the day could not be completed as it was to late and you asked if we could come back for that part of the works, you've not paid for the removal of the bollard, my lads for some reason ticked the job as complete on there system, so I'm sorry about that. The 2 stars is unfair as I would not let anything like this happen and just a mistake by my lads as ticking the job complete. I've tried to call you to arrange the removal of the old bollard that has not been paid for.
