Hi Matt - really glad you enjoy the products, but I am concerned about your customer service experience. Would you mind checking your junk mail for us please as the online order management system automatically sends out the order confirmation and dispatch confirmation, when it is your first order, sometimes it goes into junk mail.We also are on hand 7 days a week via live chat and email and we have telephone support on 01234 988420, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.We dispatch orders at 14:00 every day, so if a customer orders by 13:00 it will be dispatched the very same day.

Great product and quick delivery. Only problem is that the delivery company should be able to give smaller slots, not to be waiting from 9 to 5

In terms of delivery, we dispatch to the Royal Mail, once with them delivery is in there hands unfortunately, during the Covid-19 pandemic delivery has been more difficult to guarantee, we are hoping this will continue to improve as the situation does.
