Although it has been rare over the 30+ years I have been driving BMW's I have had to use the benefits of the BMW Warranty on a number of occasions thus being spared very large unexcepted bills.

Good but got the wrong dates on the purchase confirmation, the start date and end date where a year out which needed another phone call to confirm everything was ok.
However theses are stressful...
