Bluecrest Wellness 리뷰

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how it can be confusing when the tests included appear to differ from previous assessments or from those received by family members. Bluecrest offers a range of different assessment packages, each with its own combination of tests. The tests included can therefore vary depending on the package selected, any promotional offers available at the time of booking, and any additional tests that may have been added. If you would like clarification on exactly which tests were included in your assessment, or how these compare to previous bookings, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). Our team will be happy to review this with you and answer any questions you may have. Thank you again for your feedback. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, We're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We look forward to supporting you again in the future. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with the stool test results and the delivery of the home test kit. We understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when you have been waiting for an update. We have attempted to contact you to discuss these concerns and help resolve them, but unfortunately we have been unable to reach you. Please could you contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI) when you are available? Our team will be happy to investigate both the outstanding stool test result and the missing kit for Mr Bowyer and work to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to speaking with you soon. Warm regards, Thomas
