Very efficient and helpful

The fittings did not fit the blind as supplied and the lugs needed bending. Otherwise the lugs tried to engage in the doubled part of the blind not under. I have to installed several of your blinds...

Very poor in resolving problems

Was told we will get a email about the order, but did not receive any. We ordered the right side, but when it came it was the wrong size. So not happy at all.

Very slow to be delivered, without any communication that this would be the case. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive after ordering. I enquired as to the progress, and was told it would be another 2...

Easy to order. Good value. Poor delivery arrived a week later after 2 enquiries.

Yes I would recommend them blinds well worth the price and good workmanship only one complaint we had to wait quite a while but I would still use them
