Salespeople seemed to have a lack of understanding of the clauses within the agreement and/or were unable to explain them effectively and how they would apply in different scenarios.

Quick and easy Application Process
My Administrator, found it to Easy to complete the online application - just hope the claim process is just as quick in the unlikely event the insurance cover will ever need to be used.

POLICY RENEWAL
Not perfect. Had to call the office to complete my renewal. I needed to know if anything had changed in cover.
