Slow service no follow up and portal doesn’t work on renewal period to auto renew policy and when into lapse and had to manually chase up for 2 weeks until get hold of someone to redo the new policy....

Simple and straight forward
The form to obtain a quote was easy to complete. I was able to go from there through to having the insurance I was looking for in a few short and simple steps.
