poor service; product is fantastic. Poor communications; delivered four weeks late; no communication as to why; had to chase up; then delivered without notice; bulky items simply delivered curb side.

While I was disappointed in the product, I haven’t sought to return it because, given the circumstances around the pandemic, I didn’t want to have to queue in the Post Office to return a small item such as this. However, you might want to reconsider your pricing.
