We are sorry to hear that renewing your policy with us did not meet with your expectations and we will look into this to see what we can improve on going forwards. We do now have our customer portal which is a where you can access documents when you want, ask questions and instantly pay your premium. Thanks for the feedback. We'll take this on board and act on it accordingly. Sorry you didn't get the answers you wanted regarding the premium increase. As with most things, costings of materials have gone up and this has led to an increase in premium across the marine market. If you need anything explained or investgated further, please let me know.
