Excellent! Easy to order and quick delivery. Very good packaging. Also get the occasional discount offers.

service fine, except for the packaging. I've had to put the tea into a huge airtight plastic box in my garage.

Order who's got the order?
Regrettably the service was less than stellar when I placed my 1st order. Something about a "system error" delayed my order confirmation. Funds were withdrawn and Birchall had no record of my order....
