I spoke to a very polite gentleman on the phone when I booked this. I never had to claim, so I can't comment if they pay up. Would use again.

I would buy again. You can make your insurance suitable for most advantures, and great prices. You can clearly see what is covered.

It would appear that Big Cat have met all of the requirements for my volunteering abroad insurance. I can only recommend Big Cat if I have to make a claim and will be able to rate this company then.

Simple and effective, hassle free

Had the working holiday IEC style insurance for 2 years and used it several times. Big cat always paid promptly (as long as you get receipts) and the coverage was amazing.
