Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback.
The medical screening service is handled by an independent 3rd party appointed by our insurer. Generally, the medical declaration team work from a series of questions asked to the customer at the time of the declaration, prices only usually change if one of the questions is answered differently by the customer.
We do not have any access to the medical declaration records provided by our screening service and so are unfortunately unable to comment further on this matter.

Highly recommended!
Quick, easy to use, and great insurance cover - all at a really good price.
I've used a number of companies over the years and Big Cat are easily the best!

Affordable and Efficient.
Finally a travel insurance company that includes one way travel and there is no fuss or bother. The price is fair and there is no hanging about. Really efficient team.
