Unfortunately the member of staff took details, booked wrong dates in wrong year, I received my confirmation, called and had to rebook…. All sorted in the end!

Very good service, with good instructions for arrival. We particularly appreciated the phone call on the day we left when the cleaner found that we had left one of our car keys in the house.

Timely communications were received from the start of the booking through to us vacating the property which meant we had a stress-free holiday. Would highly recommend.
Best of Suffolk are always first class service. We didn’t have any extra questions or changes. Everything went like clockwork
