I think the properties are really beautiful although because we are constantly needing to watch the pennies we would like more special offers, so that we are able to choose BOS for our next holiday...
There was a major issue with our holiday cottage (bats!), Best of Suffolk were sympathetic and a partial refund was provided. Sadly our first family holiday was ruined but it was the cottage owners...
