Never again.
Poor communication. Lots of clients no showed for appointments and no out of hours service for them to let us know. So wasted evenings and days getting the house show home ready and waiting around...

Thank you so much for your feedback the contents of which I am disappointed to note. This has been fed back to the team, who are absolutely devastated as they genuinely believed they had a good relationship with you. Your chain was not the easiest to manage but weekly updated were given and you were fully appraised of all developments. Unfortunately there are always going to be some people who make viewing appointments and never turn up, of which you had 2, however these people were never going to use an out of office service and we can accept no blame for people being unable to manage their diaries. We hope you enjoy your new home.
