My order consists of 12 x 1kg tubs. Previously the 12 tubs came in one box, which I reviewed as being very good in relation to waste/recycling. This time my order arrived in 2 boxes. Appreciate that...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Apologies for the inconsistency of packing your order. The boxes should be sent 10KG per box as this reduces the risk of damages happening during transit. We try to only send in complete boxes (10KG) hence the shipping fees being charged per 10KG. A fantastic company
I'm a huge fan of this company, they're quick, efficient, and my dogs LOVE the food. Particularly now they've brought out their subscription model, I won't be buying my two monsters anything else.
