I normally am very pleased. However all of the tubs I had ordered were broken, so as I got them out to defrost the raw food blood went everywhere

Super impressed with the outcome of my feedback! I really do not like giving bad reviews, however when it comes to raw food and having to defrost it, and blood going everywhere...something had to be said!

Great service from ordering to delivery. Kept in contact all the way. Our springer spaniel loves it but our chiahuahua not to keen, she ate it the first time and that was it. Will keep trying though
