The web site ordering experience is not great.
I find it difficult to order and spend my "tokens".... this last order I persevered....and still was unable to use them....

Sorry you had problems using the site Paul. Looks like you were using a discount code, which is why you wouldn't have been able to spend your beer tokens. But I'm glad you got your order all placed in the end.
