Their two mystery boxes were identical, and when I told them I was slightly disappointed (not t o complain, but to give feedback) they acted like I was a child they had to explain things to.

Thanks for the feedback James. I'm sorry there was an issue with the first delivery being damaged, but instead of you receiving a soggy box we wanted to get it completely reordered for you. It looks like the don't leave instruction didn't get put across to the reorder, so I apologise for that. But I'm glad the beer was received ok & hopefully enjoyed.

Good prompt service.
Prompt delivery, good offers. I was disappointed with carriage of goods by Yodel, but impressed with customer service at beer hawk when this was brought to their attention. Would recommend beer hawk
