Yodel As Your Chosen Courier Let You Down
Sorry for the one star review Beer Hawk but the fact they use 'Yodel' as your chosen courier lets you down big time. Yodel are the worst, I've literally had items from boxes go missing in the past...

Thanks for the feedback about your courier experience. We are restricted with the couriers we can use as not all will transport alcohol. But we take all feedback on board from our customers & this does get passed on to our account manager.

I've increased my rating to three stars because I was unaware that you are restricted to which couriers you are able to use.
