Thanks for the feedback Dean, looks like your original order was damaged in transit & had to be reordered for you so you didn't receive damaged goods & this lead to the delay in you getting your order. It is unfortunate when damages do occur, but we try to deal with them as soon as we are made aware so we can get the order resent.

Thanks for the feedback Darren. Really sorry you weren't happy with the contents of your Mystery Case. The description on the web site does state that it could contain beers that are past their best before dates, but still perfectly fine to drink. I'll contact you  direct about this.
