Bed and Bath Emporium에 대한 Trusted Customer의 의견:
Disappointed to say the least. looking for another supplier.
Purchased a duvet previously which I was pleased with and ordered another exactly the same again, but this time the quality was poor . Very disappointed.

Good afternoon Tony,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
I have tried to call you on your mobile this afternoon without success.
It is extremely important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases and on the few occasions when they are not, they have the opportunity to return those goods and receive a full refund.
This is why we offer our 100 day money back no quibble guarantee which is detailed on our website under the heading "Returns/Delivery".
As you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I have this afternoon emailed you a UPS returns label with instructions.
As soon as the Duvet Cover is back in our possession, a full refund will be processed back to the card that you used to pay.
Best regards
Kevin
