the super king fitted sheet does not fit under the mattress and the mattress depth is only 10ins

I am sorry to hear this as all our fitted sheets should fit up to a depth of 30cm.
Clearly, it is important to us that our customers are very happy with their purchases, but on the occasions where they are not, the product(s) can be returned for a full refund under our 100 day no quibble money back guarantee. We cover the cost of the returns label and it does not matter that the product(s) have been tested/used.
I am keen to get the fitted sheet back, so I will arrange to email you separately to include the returns label.
